J2: The Deception
Jade was very happy to finally be back in normal civilization. After a long shower and a big hot dinner, she felt 'human' again. Drago never left her side as she began to explore the dazzling island of Hawaii for the next two days.
She watched the sun go down on their second night there. She tried to put aside the current issues she had with Drago and just relished being there with him.
It was easier to do so when Drago told Frank, Charley, and Rocco that he was lying about Jade being naughty and dirty just to scare them away from her. They understood and there seemed to be no hard feelings.
Drago didn't want to tell them all that, but he had to to save Jade's reputation. Now they might try for her again, but he kept reminding himself that she wasn't interested in them. Still, he kept a sharp eye out for any funny business just the same.
Strolling on an empty beach arm in arm, Jade was really enjoying herself at last. She closed her eyes as he kissed her in the moonlight. She remembered back to when she fell in love with Drake and how she was enchanted by his looks and voice.
Now she found herself preferring Drago's bald scaly horned scalp over his human disguise's black shiny short locks. She freed her lips and danced her fingers over his chest.
"You know something..." she whispered softly, acting coy. Drago held her close, waiting for her to tell him.
"What?" he asked with a smile. Despite their slight fight before in the car, Jade seemed to forget all about it. That pleased him greatly.
"I rather be running my fingers over your smooth bald head than through all of this." she said, grabbing some of his hair and pulling on it a little.
"Don't you like hair?" Drago asked, smiling cutely. She giggled at him, letting go of his disguise's hair.
:Well, yeah, I do. But I desire the real you. You know, sexy bald you..." she purred, snuggling her head against his chest. When she looked up at him again, he was green and scaly. Perfect!
Except for those wings, he was just great. She did like him a lot with the wings, but not at the cost of him becoming more evil. It would be too dangerous for him to keep them.
So naturally, they would have to be removed. Once she knew the spell that would do that for her, she would worry less about his evilness levels.
His wings went around her fast, enclosing her in blackness. She had to stand on the tips of her toes to reach his lips now. Closing her eyes, she let him pull her into his sweet passion.
Blanketed in his wings, he protected her from the sandy beach as he made love to her. She hugged him tightly to herself as he thrusted into her continuously. It felt good as it always did, but Jade started to fret that Drago might not agree to having his wings taken away from him.
What if it placed a permanent rift between them and what if he changed back to his old evil terrible self again? Should she just let him keep the wings and not let him get more demon chi powers?
How could she really stop him anyway? And even if she could, how could she do it without him getting angry at her? What if he stayed angry with her too? What if? What if?? What if???
Being lost in thought, she barely realized she was climaxing and that was pretty bad. She had to stop worrying, it wouldn't help her anyway. Drago growled in lecherous pleasure as he pumped her full of semen moments later. Then he came to a slowing stop.
The lovers untangled themselves eventually and Jade redressed herself. The fiery teen pulled his shorts back on even though he wanted more. He always wanted more it seemed.
Jade let Drago hold her from behind as he caressed her breasts through her new blouse. She leaned back and sighed, turning her head to the side. Her fiery fiancé kissed her exposed neck lovingly.
Cool waves of ocean water rushed up to their feet, the wetness sparkling in the moonlight like diamonds. She wished things could be like this forever. Her and him, just enjoying and savoring each other.
"Drago..." she said softly, pulling his clawed digits from her tender nipples. As much as she liked him playing with her breasts, enough of enough. They began to hurt now too.
"What?" he replied, nuzzling. He buried his face into her neck, curling forward. His lips dabbed her collarbone as he kept pulling her backwards. She knew what he was trying to do and pushed against him, getting him to stop.
"Quit with the sex, you maniac!" she snapped, starting to get tired of it. Having sex almost all day long was getting tiresome and not to mention, she was fairly sore from it all.
"Aww!" Drago grumbled, disgruntled. He could make love all day, but unfortunately Jade didn't want to anymore. Oh well, the sex was good while it lasted.
"I want us to talk, ok? No more crazy sex. Alright?" Jade gave him a stern look and he turned away, obviously unhappy and disappointed. She took hold of his horned chin and made him look at her.
"Come on, we've had way too much of it already. I-" She cried out as he suddenly tackled her down into the sand and growl-purred inhumanly at her. He did this all without warning and in an instant.
Fear jumped into her throat. He was keeping her down with a crushing dominating hold, making it hard for her to breathe. This savage behavior reminded her of how he used to act before...
"I can never get enough of you, Jade..." he hissed rather viciously, expressing his desire in a disturbing way. Unfortunately for Jade, her lover didn't feel like anything was wrong with how he voiced his lust for her.
Jade disliked that tone in his voice, he sounded so...wickedly evil and his old self. Hsi Wu's evil demon chi must be making him worse bit by bit. It was making him act way too much like his old scary self.
"Get off of me, you horny pervert!" she cried shrilly, pushing against him. To her relief, he obeyed quickly. He was only playing, but then he noticed the fright in her eyes. He grew confused and a bit miffed.
"Jeez, I was only teasing. You don't have to scream." he said softly. "What's wrong?"
She stared at him for a long while, unable to believe that he didn't notice how disturbing he was acting. She couldn't bear to have him return to his old ways, it made her doubt the power of her love to change him.
Over time, she wasn't worried about him hurting her like he did in the past and that choking fear she had of him was gone from her mind. But having him act like his old self made those fears come rushing back and she hated those terrible emotions.
He was the only one to make her feel so utterly helpless and deathly afraid. He was the only one to overpower her into succumbing to him and doing anything he pleased. She hated all that, but when she fell in love with him, she overlooked those awful terrible things.
"I'm...just worried..." she whispered, wanting to confide with him. But then she would have to explain that she wanted him to lose the wings, although she didn't mind the wings themselves. It was what was inside those wings that bothered her, that evil demon chi...
He took her back into his arms with her back to his chest. "About what?" he asked, nuzzling. Jade sighed hard, letting him hug and snuggle her like a soft plushie toy bear.
"Those wings you got... They're evil." she said, having a feeling that this could be a start of another confrontation. Drago playfully put them around her and hugged her tighter.
"Don't diss my wings, missy. They're the reason we escaped those occult nutcases." he pointed out, pleased to hold Jade like this. He relished having her in his arms and so close to his body. It reassured his soul that she was his and always will be his.
"Plus, you gave them to me... Why complain now?" he purred, dabbing her left ear with kisses. She wished she could be carefree like he was and enjoy this romantic setting he was creating. But she couldn't.
"I'm not complaining about the wings themselves. It's the dark evil chi inside them I don't like... I-I think they're making you be like your old self again..." she finally admitted out loud.
Drago laughed hard, fire flashing from his breath. Then he started kissing her neck friskily. She didn't know what to make of this. Why did he think that was so funny? It was bothering her like crazy.
"What are you worried for? I'll still love you no matter what." he said, his mood playful and nonchalant. Jade turned around in his lap to look at him.
"Drago, you don't get it. I'm worried that they'll make you so evil that you'll go back to hurting people and...I'll have to stop you again..." she said sullenly. His snide laughter caused her to wonder about him.
"Jade, you and I both know you can't stop me. You know you don't want to stop me..." he said sexily, his bright red garnet eyes flashing slyly.
She bowed her head a little, unable to look in his self-confident eyes. He was right. She wouldn't want to be the one to stop him since she couldn't. She would have to kill him to get him to stop and she couldn't murder the one she was madly in love with.
Drago smirked, then tipped her head back up with his claw. He didn't want his sweetheart to feel so down in the dumps. She would get used to his wings eventually, no matter how evil they were. Afterall, she got used to him, didn't she?
"Don't feel bad, Jade. No one is my equal, but you sure h-ll come in close to it though." he purred, kissing her amorously on the lips. His wings kept her from falling backwards as they held her from behind.
"You'll get used to these guys in time. And don't worry. I'll behave so we can be together. I won't let anything mess that up." he assured her, smoothing her bangs back. "I love you and nothing's going to change that. Nothing."
Jade's eyes welled up with happy tears after hearing him say those soothing words. She threw her arms around his neck and hugged him hard.
Drago chuckled, well pleased. He could tell she believed him, he was glad too since he meant what he said with all his heart and soul.
Later back at the hotel, Frank was able to pull Jade aside in private when Drago was taking a shower. Frank was worried for Jade. Why would she want to marry such a jerk like Drake anyway?
"Jade, you're ok, right?" he asked in the hallway. She looked at him strangely.
"What do you mean, Frank?" she asked, confused. What's up?
"I mean, that Drake guy... He can't be treating you right. He sure said some pretty dirty stuff and right in front of you too. Who knows what he says behind your back. How can you want to marry a guy like him?" Frank asked, hinting something.
Jade smiled, shaking her head. She had forgiven Drago for saying all those bad things and although Drago had told Frank and his friends he didn't mean the things he said, Frank did not trust Drago. He thought Drago was abusing Jade.
"Because I love him and he loves me." she said, but could tell that Frank wasn't convinced. He thought she was too afraid to say the real truth.
"It's ok, Jade. You can tell me what's really going on." he said, hoping she would tell him her troubles and then he could 'save' her like a knight in shining armor.
"Nothing's going on, Frank. Don't worry. I know Drake acts like a real jerk, but he does love me." she said, smiling. Frank was confused. Jade did look genuinely happy and not like she was hiding an abused life behind fake smiles.
"Ok, Jade. Whatever you say. Night." Frank said, noticing Drago coming around the corner then. He didn't want to be around that jerk even if he was truly nice to Jade.
Drago watched Frank hurry off with a touchy glare and then followed Jade into their hotel room. He locked the door and did away with his disguise. He interrogated her immediately.
"What were you talking to that guy for?" he asked, miffed. Jade was looking through a phone book, his question making her turn around quickly with an offended look.
"I wasn't. He was talking to me. And no, you have nothing to worry about. I'm not interested in him and he wasn't trying to 'get' me or take me away from you. Ok?" she said back in a angry rush.
"Stop trying to control me..." Jade said in a low irritable voice, going back to the phone book. Drago growled, folding his arms and leaned up against the door.
"So sorry your majesty..." he mumbled inaudibly, causing Jade to look at him again.
"What?" she asked, eyes flashing. Drago grimaced meanly at her, lashing his tail as he growled like a jungle cat.
"Forget it." he said testily and went into another room to vent his irritation. Jade decided not to pursue. She wanted them to have fun here, not fight more. They had enough fights already. She sighed tiredly in sadness.
When would he learn to trust her?? For that, Jade had no answer currently.
The next morning, Drago was anxious to go home. He had enough of jungles and islands all together. Jade felt bad since she understood how he felt, yet she wanted to stay a little longer. It was just so beautiful in Hawaii.
But she knew she couldn't stay forever anyway. So after wiring money over to Frank's account to pay him back for his hospitality, she went with Drago to the airport to get back to California.
Remembering back to the night before at the beach, she sighed happily. It was wonderfully romantic despite the little fight they had in the hotel room. Knowing he would love her no matter what and nothing would change that really was what she needed to hear.
He basically said he would never go back to being his old terrible self to her again (at least this was what she understood). Something she feared he might do thanks to this new demon chi, but he eased her worries and dread.
This ultimately meant her love did have merit and strength. She could still save him from his evil self, she had a chance. She believed this now.
Once she conquered and removed that evil from him, he would be able to trust her at last. That was what she wanted, him to be free from evil and to trust her.
When she would get home, she wondered if she should still try to find a spell to remove that demon chi power from him. He acted as if they were not that much of a threat and she shouldn't get so bent out of shape over them.
She thought over how he might react if she did take them away from him. Would he see that as an action against him, like a betrayal of some sort? She didn't want to lose the tiny bit of trust she had in him so far by making him angry with her.
'Maybe I should just let this one go...' she thought as her lover napped next to her in the plane. 'Maybe I should just let him get the other powers...he'll still love me just the same...'
Then she felt guilty. What about humanity? Drago may have the hots for her, but he hated all other humans. If he absorbed more demon chi, he could easily wipe out people left and right. She would be powerless to stop him...
'I'm already powerless to stop him now...'
No! She shouldn't let him get more evil, even at the cost of him believing she betrayed him. He had previously accused her of such before and they still got along fine afterwards. She believed this was so because his love for her made him overlook her so-called 'betrayals'.
'This will test his love for me...' she thought, though she didn't want to test him. She believed his words alright, but there was that old saying. Actions speak louder than words.
She closed her eyes. What if...she did take his wings away and he went back to hating her like way in the beginning?
'No... I'm confident he won't hate me for doing what's right and for his own good. I trust his love is real for me. I felt it before and I know his heart will never give up on me. Just like how I'll never give up on him and his love.' she thought, at last making up her mind.
She would find a spell to remove the Sky demon chi from him and try to stop him from getting the other powers. She was sure Uncle would help her there with that.
He did not like Drago at all and probably could find such a spell faster than she could. He would have the motivation for it, that was for sure.
Jade settled back into her seat and tried to go to sleep herself. She had a lot of work ahead of her now...
Back home at her house, Jade spent the rest of the day taking care of daily chores and bills, while Drago was outside renovating her motion sensor lights. He cut her grass for her and trimmed her bushes too.
Jade liked having the work on and around her house done by someone other than herself. Her cellar doors were getting rusty and worn, so Drago went to the store to get new ones for her. He disliked how her front door was mostly glass and got a new all metal door as well.
He fixed up the porch and her back deck with wood varnish. He did many more things that Jade lost count. When he was done, it was dark outside and she made him come in. He even set up her hot tub, surprising her.
"I thought you didn't like the water." she teased, knowing he liked it when he was with her. He grinned. "Hey, I'll do anything to get you into that skimpy bathing suit you've got." He reached out for her and hugged her.
"Screw the bathing suit, just go in naked with me..." he whispered, licking her ear. She pulled herself free, slapping his playful claws away.
"Knock it off, you horny gecko! I still haven't recovered from your crazy sex feasts. It's like every day you want sex! Think about something else, ok?" she cried, rolling her eyes.
"Well, I can think about killing or beating the sh-t out of people, but you won't let me, so I've only got one activity left." he said, grabbing at her rear. She kicked for his face, but he blocked it easily.
"Oh no you don't! See that mess you left in the kitchen? Why don't you have some fun by cleaning it up?"
Drago growled, lashing his tail. Not more work! Didn't he do enough fixing up her house to better suit himself? He had eaten several bloody slabs of beef on the table, creating a huge scary mess.
"Clean it up or else!" Jade said, getting annoyed with him. He had made more messes besides the one in the kitchen. He left one in the bathroom that took her hours to clean. Then he left his dirty sweaty clothes on her nice clean couch and that disgusted her.
"Or else what?" he purred, leaning his arm against her door frame as she stood in the doorway out in the back. "Or else, I'm going to kick your ugly butt...You scaly gecko-butt..." She purred back as he kissed her lovingly over and over.
Then he straightened up and walked past her into the house. "You can just try." he said with a smile, filling her with intense joy. She loved this. They were like normal people living together in a normal house doing normal everyday things.
Drago did clean the bloody mess in the kitchen and disinfected it too. Later, the lovers relaxed in the hot tub together. Drago was naked, but Jade put on a less revealing swimsuit.
She wanted to keep his mind off sex so she could talk with him more. She wanted to tell him that she wanted to remove his wings from him so he wouldn't be taken off guard later and be terribly upset.
But she worried that he wouldn't allow her to do such a thing even though she now believed it was the best thing for both of them. It was another rock between a hard place thing for her again.
Then she wondered about something else. What if she could get someone else to remove the wings from him? Uncle might not help her even though he hated Drago. He might say 'Figure out your own problems! Leave Uncle out of it!' or something like that.
Maybe Jim could help her! He probably would jump at a chance like this. Then she dashed that idea. She couldn't be at all buddy-buddy with Jim anymore.
He was too dangerous as well. What if he took the demon chi powers for himself instead? He wasn't the same anymore and he could do that if he wanted to. Plus the demon chi powers could go into him accidentally. No, she had to do this herself.
Besides, Drago would probably kill Jim for real if he took away his Sky demon chi power. She was sure Drago wouldn't kill her, he loved her and back when he was tricking her, he didn't want to kill her then too. She was his slave and still was, though he didn't really treat her like one.
Yet, she was still marked and she was basically his slave just the same. She didn't like to think of those things now and concentrated on kissing her gecko-butt lovingly as he expressed his affections back to her.
Jim was disgusted as usual. Jade and...Drake were back from their vacation and he was no longer the commanding officer. He almost was glad they were gone from Section 13, since he know believed only he could run this organization safely.
And he couldn't stand the sight of them together. He should be by Jade's side, not that demon! How he wanted to kill Drago and bring him back to kill again... And again. And again!
Jim was so angry that Captain Black allowed that beast to still work here, Black had to be under a spell. Either way, Jim did not trust nor liked Captain Black anymore. He believed he was on the enemy's side.
Thankfully he found a good friend in Agent Tang. He could count on him on his upcoming secret plan to expose Drago and destroy him.
After many years of research, he found the other half of the Arcana. It was on a dormant volcano just outside the city. Jim couldn't bring himself to get over his fear of heights, so he sent certain field agents to retrieve it.
Once he had it in his hands, he could feel that it was everything rumored to be. All he had to do was put the two Arcana halves together and get that power increase the relic gave to anyone holding onto it.
He would save the Arcana for later when he started his assault on Drago to finally get rid of him once and for all. Tang already agreed to help Jim and would be ready with his men later. Captain Black would thank him later, Jim believed.
Missy was pestering him more than usual and he had to tell her to leave him alone. He said it rather harshly, causing her to rush off with tears in her eyes. Jim sighed. He didn't mean to be unkind to her. She just got on his nerves, that's all.
Drago said she liked him, but that only annoyed him and left a bad taste in his mouth. A monster pointing out something like that must have set it all up. Missy probably didn't REALLY like him and he wasn't sure he liked her anyway. He loved Jade and that was it.
Later in the break room, he discovered Carl, Jade, and Drake there. Carl was going on and on about his new girlfriend and how perfect she was. Jim narrowed his eyes, growing jealous. Why did everyone else have someone, except him??
"And she's got this cutest little smile and when she laughs, she sounds just like an angel! Oh, man, she's just wonderful!" Carl gushed. Jade smiled, happy for him, but her smile disappeared when she saw Jim.
"I'm sorry, Carl. I-I've got to get back to my office." Jade said, wanting to avoid Jim now. She was heartbroken to lose her best friend and seeing him only made her feel worse.
She thought about transferring him to a new department in a different city, but she thought he would only flip out more. So she left it go.
Drago glared hatefully at his rival and without a word, followed Jade out of the break room. Carl watched them go, confused. They were so fun to talk to since they seemed to be really listening to him.
"Huh? Why'd they leave like that? I was just about to tell them how Kristen owns a horse ranch in Texas and-" Carl stopped short when Jim suddenly slammed his fist down on a nearby table.
"Hey, whoa! What's wrong, Jim?" Carl asked, worried. He went over to his friend and put a hand on his shoulder. Jim bit his lip and straightened his posture.
"Plenty." he said angrily staring at the empty doorway, then looked at his friend. "You trust me, right?" Carl nodded. "Of course, you're my best friend! Why?"
"Just listen, but don't go around telling everyone else, alright?" Jim paused to take a deep breath. "You know how I told you Jade likes that monster Drago?"
Carl nodded again. "Yeah..."
"Well, Drago can change how he looks. He can even look human..."
Carl stared and stared, waiting and growing worried.
"What I'm saying is that Drake is really Drago."
"HUH!?"
"Shhh! Not so loud!" Jim cried, waving his hands in downward motions. He checked outside the door to see if anyone was coming, then went back to Carl who was standing near the back of the break room.
"Oh, man! You mean that nice guy Drake is...really Drago?" Carl asked, frightened. He had just told that monster his girlfriend's name and where she lived at! Oh no!
"How come he's allowed to work here?!" Carl cried out then. Jim narrowed his eyes again. "I don't know, but I think Jade has something to do with it. Drago must have put a spell on her and Captain Black."
Carl immediately agreed. "Yeah, he must have." Jim nodded, happy that his friend was still on his side and understood him. He could count on him to help him later to expose that beast for what he really was.
"He wants to kill us all. So he had to brainwash Jade and Captain Black so he could get in here. Watch what you drink and eat from now on. You don't want to end up like Hank and Jerry." Jim said as Carl was eating some donuts brought in earlier. He spat them out in a hurry.
"Oh yeah, you're right!" Carl cried, wiping his mouth off with a napkin. Jim got an idea then. Maybe Carl could spy on Jade and Drago to see what they were up to lately and be ahead of them.
He had discovered a spell that would make a dragon demon disguised as a human to revert back to his/her true form. He couldn't wait to cast it on Drago during their next big company meeting.
Captain Black's boss would be there and everyone knew how much he disliked anything concerning magic. Finally that old windbag would see for himself magic in action and all the while getting everyone to see that Drake was Drago.
Jim was really sure Drake was that fiery beast even though he had never seen Drake turn into Drago or vise-versa. He would feel so triumphant to have that jerk who stole his girl away exposed and have no where to run.
Jim planned to have Agent Tang and his men waiting just outside the meeting room in hiding, ready to burst in and shoot that ugly animal down with those electrical ice guns until he was unconscious.
Then they would take him away in chains and lock him up. Jim would sneak into his cel and finish him off with the help of his Arcana orb. To execute this wonderful plan was the only thing Jim had to do next.
Unfortunately that big company meeting was weeks away. Jim wished it was tomorrow, but it wasn't. No matter, he could still prepare in the meantime. Maybe a short testing of the Arcana on Drago might be a good thing to try.
Yes, that would be the best thing to do next. He might even be able to kill off that monster at last. With the help of the Arcana, it would increase his chi magic ten-fold. That should be more than enough to wipe out Drago once and for all!
