I've had some bidders try to get out of paying just because they can't get their payment
to me or can only pay by credit card (which I fixed that problem with a new service that
allows me to accept credit cards!), etc- is not going to be tolerated anymore! If you
bid and win, you HAVE TO PAY! No if's, and's, or but's! No excuses! End of story.
And as always, I am not responsible for any lost and/or damaged packages that are not insured or registered!!!

The payment type I prefer with Paypal is called 'Instant Transfer'. Some are confused how to change their funding options since Paypal has their accounts set by a default automatic payment type (such as credit/debit cards) & maybe are unsure how to change the funding source. I made a set-by-set picture procedure on how to pay me correctly with your Paypal balance aka instant transfer - (funds already in your Paypal account) for those who do not know how to do it (especially newbies).

With some accounts, even if you withdraw funds from your credit card and
it clears into your Paypal account balance, it will still be considered a credit card
funded payment (seems to happen mostly with international buyers though, have not had this
problem with US buyers).
If credit card is the only ONLY absolute way you can pay for your
purchase(s) from me, then please use Bidpay.com and contact me first!
I will give you instructions on how to pay via Bidpay.com
I am not a store, so I can not afford to have fancy credit card processing services (not
even Paypal's upgraded accounts).
E-mail me FIRST if you can ONLY pay by credit card OR debit card and no other way. If you can pay by another way instead (examples: Paypal balance transfer, Western Union, US POSTAL Money Order, cash) then please pay by those methods first. (At least try to)
I'd really appreciate it if you would to consider my preferred options of payment (info stated above) before using a credit/debit card.
The reason why I can't take credit / debit cards via Paypal the regular way is because I have a free account with them and Paypal doesn't allow me to accept credit / debit card payments the regular way. I asked them why and they said it costs them too much money to let me accept them. I would really appreciate it for those who want to pay by credit card to try BIDPAY.COM first to pay. It is free to get a Bidpay account and they are eBay approved!
So, if you can only pay via credit card or debit card, PLEASE E-MAIL ME FIRST so I know and so I can give you the BidPay ID for you to pay that way!
Bidpay.com is
approved by eBay and you can only use credit/debit cards to pay your seller for the
auctions you won. BidPay is a certified eBay Compatible Application. They have done eBay's
certification and integration process and they are an approved payment method for eBay
auctions.
So to use Bidpay, you must have won an auction(s) to use it to pay your seller (you can
not just send money to anyone you like as how Paypal allows). It is an Online Auctions
Only Payment Processor. You can not pay with your bank account with Bidpay, it's only made
for those who pay with credit/debit cards only for online auctions that they have won.
IF Bidpay does not work for you, I do have an option where you can
pay via Paypal by credit/debit card, but please
e-mail me first so I know and so I can give you the correct PP ID for you to pay that way!
The Paypal ID listed above is NOT the right one to use when paying by credit card, you
must FIRST let me know you want to pay by
credit/debit card first then I will give the info you need to do so.
But overall, PLEASE try to pay without using a credit or debit card if you can, is greatly
appreciated!
In case any are wondering why I have a $50 limit on Paypal payments to me, it is because Paypal has a Receiving Limit on all free account members (which is the type of account I have on Paypal).
I DO make exceptions on my rule of the $50 Paypal payment limit, so PLEASE ASK ME if you want to pay by Paypal and your payment is higher than $50!
Paypal only allows me to receive a limited amount of funds each month. If I receive funds and the Receiving Limit is reached when that payment is sent, that payment is put on hold (it can not be accepted even when the rec.limit is reset >_<) and I can not accept ANY payments until the Receiving Limit is reset. This leads to huge delays to both me and the person sending the payment since I can not get their payment until the limit is reset. This is Paypal's doing (see below for their reasons why they do this) and I have no control over this. That is why I have a $50 Paypal payment limit to help reserve my Paypal Receiving Limit to those who want to pay for items under $50.
My Paypal Receiving Limit always resets on the 28th of each month!! Take this into aspect at the time of sending your payment to me. If it is about 2 weeks until the 28th of the current month, it's a good idea to e-mail me first before sending your Paypal payment! When in doubt, send payment AFTER the 28th! Paypal's reasons for having this monthly Receiving Limit are to save their transaction costs on free accounts (I asked them and that is what they told me). I refuse to upgrade my account to lift the limit. I do have an option for those who can ONLY pay by credit card, please e-mail me for that info.
